Employers - view applications, add vacancies, select the match accuracy, view or arrange interviews, set-up new jobseeker alerts, give rejection reasons, set up 2nd interviews and send offers. Employers can also upgrade via their dashboard and use the UK's job boards for £28 or recruiters for 2.5% on hire.
Jobseekers - get alerted to matched jobs immediately, say in control of your applications, decide whether to apply, ask for references easily, select interview times and dates, change your profile details, give interview feedback in ticks, accept or decline offers.
